Chowk Azam is a main city of Layyah District just 25 km from Layyah. It is a Chowk on Mianwali and Mutan road (MM ROAD) . Chowk Azam is located at the famous MM Road. It has population of the more than 150,000.
Chowk Azam has a degree colleges for boys and girls and it has one government hospital TEHSIL LEVEL, other than many private hospitals. There is a mini yadgar of Pakistan in the center of chowk.The city's greatest asset is that to going other cities of Pakistan, the transport facilities are available at all times. Chowk Azam is surrounded by many small villages. You can say that it is countryside small town.
